NORTHAMPTONSHIRE POLICE

We have been working in partnership with Northamptonshire Police since September 2017 where we initially provided training for the Early Intervention Hub team. This progressed to providing coach mentor interventions for the EI Hub, the AIM and currently the CIRV team since August 2018.

 

Since our partnership started, we have consistently offered a proactive coaching intervention for the entire CIRV & EI cohort.

Our coaching model provides a holistic approach encompassing pro-social role modelling, emotional support, and positive reinforcement to give the intervention user the opportunity to explore and change their internal landscape. This then gives the possibility of changing their outward behaviours.

All our coaching sessions are provided in a non-judgemental therapeutic environment that gives a safe space for the individual to explore their life from every perspective possible.
